Best Trails in Snow Canyon
Petrified Dunes Trail(1.2 miles, easy) Climb sandstone “dunes” — kids love it.
Johnson Canyon Trail(2 miles, easy, seasonal) Leads to a natural arch. Closed in summer to protect wildlife.
Cinder Cone Trail(1.8 miles, strenuous) A climb up an ancient volcano with sweeping desert views.

Insider Tip: Snow Canyon at sunset is pure fire — the cliffs light up bright red, and it’s usually less busy than Zion. I like grabbing an ice cream in town and catching the last glow from the petrified dunes.
